I’m Kyra Smith, a Roseburg native and Realtor with The Beckham Group. My experience includes residential sales, new construction, relocations, acreage, rural properties, and plenty of homes that require a little more investigating than usual.

I’m hands-on by nature. I’ll coordinate appointments, gather bids, track down answers, meet people at the property when you can’t be there, and help keep all the moving pieces moving.

I’ll also give you my actual opinion. If something concerns me, I’ll tell you. If I think we should negotiate harder, I’ll say so. And if I think you’ve found a great property, I’ll tell you that too.

My goal is simple: know the property, understand the market, communicate clearly, and advocate for you from beginning to end.
