Today we’re going to be enjoying some fall festivities here in Douglas County. We’ll pick out a pumpkin or two, enjoy the corn maze, hay ride, and whatever Brosi Sugar Tree Farms has going on! As well as exploring around Roseburg and enjoying the best fall colors in Oregon! 🍂
The fall season is my favorite time of year here in the Umpqua valley. We have 4 very distinct seasons here in the Roseburg area. The changing of the leaves and fall colors are my favorite part about Autumn in Roseburg.
Fall season in Roseburg has plenty of sun mixed in with cool crisp air and clouds, just enough rain to help green up the area, and the temperatures cool down enough to be comfortable sweater weather.
We had the fall festival happening at the Douglas County fairgrounds, blOktoberfest with German style pizza, brats, other German food and craft beer. German attire, live music and all kinds of fun!
Because Kruse Farms closed it’s doors and sold this year, there were several family farms including Bare Hill Farm here in the Melrose area of Roseburg Oregon that picked up the slack and put on great events! With pumpkin patches, Halloween games, and served the community with Fall fun!
